A vote has been opened which offers the public the possibility of attending the concert at Windsor Castle on the occasion of the coronation of King Charles III.

A total of 10,000 free tickets will go on sale for the May 7 event, the day after King Charles III’s coronation at Westminster Abbey.

The concert will be broadcast on TV, radio and online by the BBC, which has confirmed a lineup that will feature “musical icons and contemporary stars”, yet to be confirmed. The BBC said tickets will be allocated based on the geographic distribution of the UK population and winners will be notified at the end of April.

In another vein, it is rumored that the Spice Girls will perform again at the coronation of King Carlos III.

According to an article published in The Sun, the group is one of the main people behind the three-day celebration which will take place in May.

If the reunion takes place, it will be the first time the five singers – including Victoria Beckham – have performed together since the closing ceremony of the 2012 Olympics.
