The Justice League are DC’s most powerful and popular heroes. With a mile-long roster of honorary members, members tend to grow and blend in with DC’s many crises and crossovers, but a core group of Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Green Lantern, and Martian Manhunter has been established for decades. . Guy Gardner takes nothing seriously and his abrasive personality has been his trademark since his accident. Previously, Martian Manhunter led the league, so his role was always tense. Booster and Blue Beetle would often make things less serious by capering their teammates, even going so far as to steal J’onn’s cookies, causing him to completely explode.
9 The Horsemen Of Justice Is A Wild West Justice League 
The Justice Riders of Earth-18 adapt well to their world despite being objectively alien. With its world stuck in the 19th century, the sun never sets on the Wild West of this world. Your heroes need all the qualities that make up the Justice League, but with an added touch of true courage.
Superchief, the Superman of Earth-18, feeds on the mystical gem embedded in his chest. The speedy Madame.44 represents the speed force, and Bat-Lash is a fairly straightforward Batman cowboy. Tomahawkman might be the silliest adaptation, but overall it’s weirder than its individual members, especially compared to Earth-1.
8 The Bizarros Also Have A Justice League 
Various incarnations of the Bizarro Justice League have returned to the pages of DC Comics, with the New 52 claiming that Earth-29 is very much the Bizarro universe. Whether they’re clones created by Bizarro to emulate his hero Superman or the multiversal counterparts of other heroes, they’re always weird.
Bizarres resemble zombies to varying degrees, which makes Bizarro League rather morbid at times. The Bizarros have a history of killing in the line of duty, and League members from Batzarro to Bizarro Hawkman are no exception to this strange tradition.
7 Earth-41 Takes Inspired by Picture Comics 
Earth-41’s Nimrod Squad is a look at the Justice League through the lens of indie publishers, specifically Image comics. Kal’Amity is a more barbaric Superman, Wave shares Wonder Woman’s color scheme, Spore is a combination of Swamp Thing and Rot, and Flintstein is a big rock monster as Martian Manhunter.
One team member with no roots in the Justice League is Dino Cop, a clear parallel to the Dragon Officer from the Image comics. It’s red instead of green, and its stegosaurus spikes don’t exactly resemble Dragon’s fin, but its unremarkable attitude to the surrounding chaos sums up the feel this universe conveys.
6 Earth-17 Has The Atomic Knights Of Justice 
Home of the original Superdemon, Earth-17 witnessed a radioactive fallout in 1963 that changed the planet forever. After Superdemon’s departure to Earth-13, the Atomic Knights of Justice are left alone against the evils of their wasteland. Led by Adam Strange, they have one of the most unique looks in any league.
All the classic leaguers are present except Superman, but they all wear heavy armor to protect against radiation. The team and their planet are loosely based on Earth-86 from Weird Adventures #117, written by John Broome with art by Murphy Anderson.
5 The Justice League Turned Into A Gorilla 
The 90s were a notoriously weird time for DC Comics, and the 1999 crossover JLApe: Gorilla war! 1999 was a fitting end to the era. After years of dealing with Superman’s death, resurrection, duplication, and subsequent redesigns of nearly everyone, turning the entire team into apes was the next logical step.
Grodd’s win wasn’t permanent, but it did lead to some interesting stories. The entire population of Earth was turned into apes, but the Justice League was unharmed. Aquaman was a water-breathing ape king, Flash was always fast, and Martian Manhunter revealed he once lived with gorillas to learn about primates.
4 Stan Lee Reinvented The Justice League 
Stan Lee’s Justice League was created in the Elseworlds series Just imagine, in which each member received their own story written by Lee with illustrations by many talented artists. When the team is fully assembled, it bears striking similarities to popular Marvel teams.
Batman is a professional wrestler, Superman is a space cop, and Shazam is a hulking demonic monster. Green Lantern’s power comes from within, and Flash got his powers from an accidental dose of hummingbird DNA. Later designated Earth-6, Stan Lee’s DC Universe highlights the differences in tone between the two major publishers.
3 Earth-13 Has The Scariest Justice League Ever 
The number 13 has superstitious connotations in many cultures, associated with good luck and bad luck. The Justice League of Earth-13, more commonly known as the League of Shadows, meets in the Tavern of Mystery. To enter, you must pronounce the password: “ogitrev”.
Mainly inspired by DC Vertigo titles, Earth-13 is the dark mirror of Earth-1. Hellblazer looks like the dream version of the Doom Patrol. Hellblazer looks like a dream version of itself from Doom Patrol, while Fate is a reissue of the eponymous Doctor Fate from the 90s, complete with ankh blades and an eye scar. When Cain and Abel share drinks with Superdemon at Justice League headquarters, things are undeniably weird.
2 Earth-43 Is Overrun By Vampires 
There’s a lot going on on Earth-43. Let’s go back to Batman’s battle against Dracula in the Elseworlds story Batman and Dracula: Rain Red, written by Doug Moench with art by Kelley Jones and Malcolm Jones III. In this world, Batman’s vampirism has spread to the rest of the league and, presumably, the world.
The Vampire Justice League doesn’t have a Superman and never has, including Ultraman. The character’s history with vampirism likely earned him the spot on the team without any of his fellow Crime Syndicate members. On top of all monsters (or below, depending on perspective), Earth-43 also connects directly to Hell.
1 The Jurassic League Comes From A Lost Multiverse 
jurassic league, by Juan Gideón and Daniel Warren Johnson, is a basic adaptation of Earth-27, which adds only six alternate members to the fossil record of the multiverse. In a world where humans hide in caves for fear of dinosaurs, the Jurassic League comes together to defeat Darklyoseid.
It’s all a bit silly, despite the animal brutality of the tooth-and-claw fight. Supersaur is completely naked while his companions wear primitive versions of their costumes, Flashraptor, Green Torch, and Aquanyx have no origins, and the Doom Legion dinosaurs are just as odd compared to their Earth-1 counterparts.
