For date 2 of the zone A of Argentina – First National Championship 2023, San Telmo and El Dragón clashed this Saturday 2-2 at the Osvaldo Baletto stadium. The goals of the match for the locals were scored by Ramiro Luna (32′ 1T and 28′ 2T, from the penalty spot). While the away goals were scored by Gabriel Benegas (5′ 1T) and Claudio Salto (14′ 2T).

The best player of the game was Ramiro Luna. The San Telmo midfielder scored 2 goals and looked for the opposite goal twice.

Claudio Salto was another of the key players. The midfielder from Def. de Belgrano scored 1 goal.

The match had several warnings: Alexis Delgado, Rodrigo Moreira, Máximo Levi and Ramiro Rúmbolo.

San Telmo coach Fabián Lisa proposed a 4-4-2 formation with César Atamañuk in goal; Cristian Marcial, Damián Toledo, Agustín Sandona and Santiago Bustos on the defensive line; Adrián Fernández, Agustín Stancato, Juan Manuel Requena and Ramiro Luna in the middle; and Alexis Delgado and Juan Cruz Zurbriggen in attack.

For their part, Leonardo Lemos’ team entered the field with a 4-4-2 pattern with Lautaro Petruchi under the three sticks; Ezequiel Bonacorso, Máximo Levi, Rodrigo Moreira and Lautaro Formica in defence; Matías Benítez, Juan De Tomasso, Fernando Chávez and Claudio Salto in midfield; and Ezequiel Aguirre and Gabriel Benegas up front.

Referee Nahuel Viñas was in charge of supervising the match at the Osvaldo Baletto stadium.

The following day, San Telmo will face Estudiantes (RC), while El Dragón will play at home against Almagro.
