David Guetta is a top man and with artificial intelligence he was not going to be outdone. The popular French composer and producer decided a few days ago to share with his followers on social networks one of his new mixes which includes someone’s voice whom he greatly admires, but with whom he has not really collaborated: rapper eminem

Of course, Guetta and the Missouri artist had never met in the studio to record a song, and the Parisian one didn’t send the author of great songs like Sing for now there I’m coming so that it joins its composition and offers its audience an unprecedented release. The only thing that happened in David Guetta’s studies came from the hand of two simple artificial intelligence (AI) tools.

As Guetta himself commented, who made a point of emphasizing that this is only an experiment, and not something he is going to market, he limited himself to using an online tool which works with AI to create a pure “Eminem-style” letter. “

This tool gave him verses more or less worthy of the American rapper and later Guetta asked a different application also based on artificial intelligence to sing for him, with the voice of Marshall Bruce Mathers, the lyrics that the first AI had written.

“It’s something I did for a joke and the result was very good. I couldn’t believe it… I had discovered these AI websites and basically you can write lyrics in any style you want. So I wrote in the AI: ‘write an Eminem-style verse on Future Rave’, and I went to another AI website that can recreate the voice and I typed the text on this website,” Getta himself explained on his social media profiles.

The result of the experiment? As he himself explained, it was amazing. In fact, the producer himself also posted a video in which we can see how people get excited when, during one of his shows, he wanted to test his experience and see how the public reacted to its music introduced by a few verses by Eminem. . . “They went crazy,” pointed out Getta himself, who showed what the AI wrote: “It’s the rave sound of the future. I go underground and it’s amazing.”

Nirvana and Jimi Hendrix, AI version

These short verses by the fake Eminem aren’t the first work of artificial intelligence to make a name for itself in music. For some time, some producers and fans of different have been doing their tests with the AI, and suddenly we have already heard things like new Nirvana songs created by one of the AIs from Google called Magenta and even themes that seem to have come out of the depths of the secret cupboards of Amy Winehouse, Jim Morrison and Jimi Hendrix.

What do you think? Are they hitting?
