American actor Cody Longo was found dead at his home in Austin, Texas. This was confirmed Wednesday, February 8, by his rep Alex Gittelson in statements to CNN.
It was Cody’s wife, Stephanie Clark, who called the police. after trying to contact him while he was at work and getting no response. Eventually, the police went to his home and found his lifeless body in his bed.
“Cody was our whole world. The children and I are heartbroken and beyond devastated. He was the best father. We will miss you and love you always and forever,” he wrote in a statement.

Causes of death
The 34-year-old performer, who became known for his roles in series such as CSI: New York, Nashville or Hollywood Heights, he had long struggled with his addiction to alcohol.
And although the causes of death have not yet been released, the family have hinted that it could be related to the said disease.
Close sources believe that could have had a strong relapse after several years of negotiation. Her goal was to fully recover so she could enjoy her three children, aged 7, 5 and 1.
