9 Katsuki Bakugo Uses His Destructive Quirk Too Aggressively

Katsuki Bakugo’s Burst derives from his father’s Acid Sweat and his mother’s Glycerin Quirks, a genetic hybridization that grants him considerable power. Although Blast is not naturally dark, the aggressiveness with which Bakugo uses his Quirk is of great concern.
You may know how to avoid environmental damage, but that doesn’t mean you can hold back during times of high stress. Fortunately, Bakugo has slowly mellowed since the tragic events of Season 6, so he’s unlikely to lose control of his emotions at this point in the story.

Hitoshi Shinso’s high school friends made him quite embarrassed by his Quirk, even though his intentions weren’t malicious. Brainwashing was often referred to as the ideal meta ability for a villain, as it allows Shinso to take control of another person’s consciousness.
Shinso’s desire to become a professional hero eventually overcomes his lack of confidence, which explains why he switches to heroic class in the middle of the college year. That being said, the brainwashing would have been too much in the hands of All For One.
7 Mineta Minoru Is An Inveterate Degenerate Even Without His Sticky Quirk

Pop Off uses a relatively simple mechanic: its user simply tears their hair into sticky spheres and uses them to punch objects or people. The biggest problem here is that this Quirk belongs to Mineta Minoru, who is arguably the biggest degenerate in my hero academia.
Mineta was caught peeking around the girls’ locker room, not to mention the dozens of lewd comments he made about his classmates. Fans can easily imagine a scenario where Mineta uses her Quirk Pop Off to ensnare her unfortunate targets before subjecting them to her nasty desires.
6 Kai Chisaki Is Able To Destroy And Redo Literally Anything

Although All For One is undoubtedly the most loathsome villain in the series, Kai Chisaki is right behind him. He nonchalantly breaks and remakes Eri’s body with his Overhaul Quirk, an endless cycle of unimaginable torture that no one deserves to experience, let alone a child.
On the other hand, Chisaki’s meta ability is exceptionally advantageous as it can create and destroy literally anything. Overhaul can kill someone before instantly resurrecting them, an act that also cures any illnesses they might have. Chisaki is too pathetic to recognize his own potential.
5 Tomura Shigaraki Can Now Wipe Out Entire Cities With A Single Tap

Shigaraki’s Decay was barely noticeable at first. The effects of this Quirk were painfully slow, allowing opponents to escape its clutches or devise effective countermeasures. After obtaining All For One’s original Quirk, Shigaraki receives a power boost on par with any shonen protagonist.
His Decay can now instantly devastate its surroundings, with an area of effect as large as a small town. Tomura doesn’t even need to touch various objects to cast his Quirk Nightmare. A single touch can destroy several buildings.
4 All For One Secretly Plants A Deadly Quirk In Lady Nagant
Self destruction
Lady Nagant’s Quirk Rifle is devastatingly powerful. He produces a gun-like extension from his arm, allowing him to fire bullets composed of his own hair. Somehow, he manages to injure Tomura Shigaraki in the final act saga, proving the power of his innate meta ability.
Later, she acquires an All For One Airwalk Quirk, which helps her evade Deku’s attacks. Unbeknownst to Lady Nagant, however, AFO secretly installs a self-destruct Quirk on her body. This Quirk makes no logical sense: why would someone be born with the power to self-destruct? The fact that it exists is macabre.
3 The Sunfish’s Quirk Transforms Its Teeth Into Multi-Toothed Blades

Moonfish is one of the scariest villains in my hero academia, all thanks to his Quirk. Blade-Tooth allows him to extend and transform his teeth into branching swords, generating enough offensive power to break Todoroki’s wall of ice. Moonfish uses this meta to transport itself across the battlefield, easily dodging all close-range attacks.
Moonfish’s absolute control over Blade-Tooth makes him even more terrifying, especially in combination with his leather outfit. Blade-Tooth is not to be played with, as Class 1-A learns during the Forest Boot Camp arc.
2 Fumikage Tokoyami Can Barely Control His Own Quirk In Total Darkness

As the name suggests, Dark Shadow is an overwhelming force of nature as long as there is no light in the area. Any form of lighting severely weakens this Quirk, turning it into a shadow of its original self. That being said, not even Fumikage Tokoyami is able to control Dark Shadow in pitch black.
He has been practicing for several months, but his progress has been minimal. This sentient Quirk is so belligerent that it attacks anyone who crosses its path, with no regard for its relationship with Fumikage. Dark Shadow defeats Moonfish within seconds, further illustrating his unrivaled strength.
1 All For One Can Strip Another Person Of Their Quirkiness
All in one
There aren’t enough insults in the world to describe All For One and their quest to become “greatest demon lord” of the story. He is by far the cheekiest character in my hero academia: Fans have been eagerly awaiting his ultimate downfall since All Might knocked him out in their second duel.
All For One comes with a rather intriguing meta ability that isn’t worth anything on its own. In contrast, All For One’s Quirk is able to steal another person’s Quirk, theoretically granting the villain an unlimited arsenal. AFO can also transfer his stolen Quirks to other people, but he obviously doesn’t use this aspect very often.
