This Monday afternoon the execution of Sergio Carmona Angulo took place in Nuevo León, businessman and presumed financial operator of the National Regeneration Movement (Morena) in Tamaulipas.

In addition, the Code Red was activated to begin the search for the person (s) responsible.

Municipal and state authorities began with the investigations to find the motive for this murder, which could be related to the financial activities that Sergio Carmona Angulo allegedly carried out for Morena.

According to various journalistic reports and local media in Tamaulipas, Carmona Angulo was a partner in companies such as Grupo Industrial Permart, Grupo Industrial Joser and Reymar Consulting, same that, some documents of the Tax Administration System (SAT) presented tax losses throughout 2020.
