Adrián Enrique Muñoz, the 74-year-old man who was stabbed to death in his Belgrano apartment was he would have been the victim of an attack by black widows, the most ferocious of this type in recent history.
At least, that’s the main hypothesis that manages the Homicide Division of the City Police. The investigators, led by the prosecutor José María Campagnoli, they reinforced their idea when they accessed the security camera of a nearby building in which the victim is seen entering with two women to his apartment on Calle Ciudad de la Paz at 3397,
In the video, which is from three days ago, Muñoz is observed crossing the street accompanied by two women just a few minutes after 7:30 p.m. last Monday.
In another of the images, which is still protected in the prosecution, it can be seen that the two suspects leave the apartment a few hours later alone and with a key and then walk to the opposite side to which they arrived, along Ciudad de la Paz street.
“It is confirmed that it was not a conventional robbery rather there was some prior intelligence. Now the security cameras are being monitored to determine the route that the two suspects made but apparently they crossed General Paz to the side of San Martín, although it was not possible to determine well the path they took,” explains to Infobae a research source.
The body was found two days ago in a property located at 3300 Ciudad de La Paz street, when the man’s daughter went to her father’s house, who he had last seen on Monday and who he had not been able to communicate with since then
Muñoz’s room showed a clear disorder. The viciousness with which the crime was committed surprised members of the Neighborhood Police Station 13B of the City Police who went to the place and found the body of the man, a tennis player in his spare time, a widower, retired and pensioner lying on the floor with two knives stuck in his back, multiple cuts and stabs all over his body.
The autopsy in the Judicial Morgue determined that Muñoz died, unequivocally, from the stab wounds. The toxicological study was also commissioned to rule out or confirm drug intake.
Muñoz’s children appeared to testify at the Campagnoli prosecutor’s office, as well as friends of the man. For now, It was learned by researchers that Muñoz frequented younger women, who knew from dating platforms and on the street. His phone was not found at the crime scene.
On the other hand, a small amount of cocaine was found in the place, inside a bill, a sign of apparent consumption in the place: the bill will also be analyzed.
At the beginning of the investigation, there was talk of money found at the scene. However, sources in the case speak of another missing analyzed.
