Glendale (United States), 12 Feb. Jalen Hurts, quarterback for the Philadelphia Eagles, expressed this Sunday his “pain” at having lost the Super Bowl against the Kansas City Chiefs (38-35), but felt that in life “either you win, either you learn”.
“We lost. We came here to win, but we failed. (…) Now it’s a complicated feeling, we failed, but the only way is growth. The mentality is to go from the front,” Hurts said at the wheel. Post-game press release from Glendale, Arizona.
“I’m proud of this team, for everything we’ve overcome this year. Obviously we failed, but in the difficulties you decide if you want to learn from them,” he added.
Hurts, who threw for 304 yards with one touchdown pass and three rushing touchdowns, said he’s still focused on “taking other steps to improve.”
