The anime season 2 of “Bocchi the Rock!” is something that MANY of us are looking forward to… and maybe its official announcement isn’t too far away? At the time I had already analyzed how bad it really was there was enough material enough to think that the adaptation could continue to add episodes, but to date nothing has been announced as such. However, it has now been revealed the celebration of an event for the anime that may be KEY in continuing the work of CloverWorks.
Bocchi the Rock! There’s no Season 2 yet, so it’s worth keeping an eye out for.

- Basically, it has been confirmed that May 21, 2023 a Bocchi the Rock live event!
- The event will take place in the pavilion Zepp Haneda, which is located in Tokyo. It will also start to 6:00 p.m. local timewhich means that for all intents and purposes it seems to be really an event in which Live shows with the songs of Bocchi the Rock!
- At this point It was NOT intended that information of any kind be given at the event. However, it is a remarkable celebration for which it would make sense for its conclusion to be, aptly, the announcement of season 2 of the anime.

Let’s go back a bit to what I was saying about the available material of “Bocchi the Rock!”, in a brief summary the anime adapted “only” the manga’s first 21 chapters, and to date over 50 have been released. This means that the anime’s first season didn’t even cover half of the manga, so obviously there’s plenty of room for a sequel. In any case, at this point, we can only wait for this marked May date to arrive.
