In line with his famous theme song ‘Happy’, famous American rapper Pharrell Williams opened his first hotel in Miami Beach.

The rapper was joined in this project in conjunction with David Grutman, owner of the restaurant and nightclub company Groot Hospitalty.

The 266-room Goodtime Hotel has an Art Deco style, just like the area where it is located, in the heart of South Beach, and a décor dominated by the pastel colors that are distinctive of Miami Beach.

“We want the Goodtime Hotel to awaken a sense of revitalization and the rare and exciting excitement that comes from discovering something special,” Williams told local media.

The singer guaranteed that those who stay at his hotel will enjoy a good time in a “natural” way.

Williams and Grutman worked alongside real estate firm Imperial Companies, architect Morris Adjmi, designer Ken Fulk and landscaper Raymond Jungles to bring the Goodtimne Hotel to life.

One of the property’s hallmarks are the pink dial telephones that are found in all rooms.

The hotel has a restaurant of the Grutman chain, Strawberry Moon, a swimming pool of more than 2,700 meters of surface, gym and a space for social activities called the Library.

“My first hotel had to break the mold,” Grutman said, adding that the place is designed for guests to leave “worries and anxieties” outside their doors.

For the opening of the hotel, Pharrell Williams threw an exclusive party, an event where celebrities and celebrities from all over Miami participated.

Among the guests was Maluma, who wore his luxurious limousine. Kim Kardashian, in addition to posing in photographs with the Colombian singer, was seen alongside other personalities such as former soccer player David Beckham.

The party was also attended by Becky G, Victoria Beckham, Lele Pons and Anitta, a Brazilian singer and songwriter.
