Last Sunday we saw the premiere of the fourth episode of The Last of Us series, which follows a hugely emotional episode and introduces us to the next destination of Joel and Ellie’s journey. As of Sunday, it has been confirmed that Episode 5 of The Last of Us will air this Friday on HBO Max, as the Super Bowl takes place in the United States on Sunday.
The Last of Us series is already a success and that is reflected in its viewership numbers, as it has surprisingly managed to increase its numbers week by week. For this reason, The Last of Us Episode 4 is the most successful yet and we hope that trend continues with this week’s episode.
Due to the success of The Last of Us series, which is currently the most popular TV show right now, over the weekend we saw Pedro Pascal’s appearance on Saturday Night Live. Said program took advantage of the success of The Last of Us series and imagined a very funny adaptation of Mario Kart, with Pedro Pascal in the role of Super Mario.
The first season of The Last of Us series consists of nine episodes and adapts the story of the first game and its prequel, Left Behind, with a season finale scheduled for mid-March. As for video games, last week Naughty Dog delayed The Last of Us Part I for PC and now it will arrive shortly after the end of the first season of the HBO series.
