Banner and Hulk’s struggles to control and understand each other sometimes complicate their ability to spend time in Avengers Mansion, but things are generally copacetic, to say the least. Hulk and Thor have clashed countless times, but in the end they called each other friends. The same goes for most, if not all, of the Avengers and Hulk.
9 The Warbound Are Loyal To The Hulk 
Hulk’s Warbounds are the closest thing to a family he has, other than Jen Walters and Betty Ross. They united under the oppression of the Red King of Sakaar and, in victory, formed an alliance that shook the Earth to its foundations. Only Miek really broke their bond.

8 Amadeus Cho Is Friends With The Hulk And Banner 
The seventh smartest person on Earth is close friends with several powerful Marvels. Amadeus Cho is friends with most Marvel masterminds, as well as Hercules. It’s no surprise that he and the Hulk get along pretty well.
Before becoming the Hulk, Cho was a strong believer in Banner and Hulk’s quest for betterment, whether that meant separation, transference, or some other sci-fi nightmare. As the Hulk and later as the Brawn, he understands the Hulk but continues to bring his same fresh, youthful perspective whether the Hulk likes it or not.
7 Defenders Are The Perfect Partners For The Hulk 
Marvel’s main non-team is the perfect setting for the Hulk. Defenders only come together when needed, which means the Hulk has very little chance of getting frustrated by his teammates. It also means that every time they see each other, it’s to unite in pursuit of a common goal.
Teams with secret bases, mansions, and towers are an obvious concern for the Hulk. He doesn’t like confinement and he doesn’t like most people. 6 Jarella Was A Radical Warrior Queen 
Betty Ross and Bruce Banner had chemistry before the gamma bomb went off, which affected Betty’s view of the Hulk. Jarella, on the other hand, hit it off right from the start with Hulk and Banner, marking a new level of acceptance between their characters.
Although he died decades ago, Jarella remains a motivation for the Hulk’s rage to this day. 4 She-Hulk Is The Hulk’s Only Royal Family 
Jen Walters is uniquely suited to life as the Hulk due to her shared genetics with Bruce Banner. He has his cousin’s powers, but with more control over his transformations and strength. He is also Bruce’s only living relative since he killed his father.
She-Hulk and the Hulk have argued on several occasions, and she is one of the first people to intervene when the Hulk loses control. While the other heroes only focus on minimizing damage and eliminating the threat, Jen balances this with a genuine concern for the safety of Bruce and the Hulk. Her unique situation makes her an invaluable ally to both the big man and Bruce.
3 Jim Wilson Was An Amazing Partner 
Jim Wilson was the nephew of Sam Wilson the Falcon. He first appeared in The Incredible Hulk #131, Written by Roy Thomas with pencils by Herb Trimpe and inks by John Severin, and became one of the Hulk’s greatest and most tragic allies. He befriended the Hulk, not Banner, and thus always had the big guy’s trust.
Jim helped the Hulk as much as any teammate could against the Gamma Monsters and developed as a character in his own right along the way. Amidst the action, excitement, and various Hulk phases, Jim contracted HIV. As he lay dying, he requested gamma power. Hulk refused, believing he was sparing Jim a worse fate and sat next to him until the end.
2 Doc Samson Wants What’s Best For Bruce Banner 
What began as a bitter and deeply personal rivalry grew into one of Hulk’s longest and most intimate relationships. Leonard Samson used to date Betty Ross and was consulted to treat Banner’s fractured psyche. In the process, he received a blast of radiation from the Hulk and became the green-haired Samson he is today.
Samson has always been a little cocky, but his heart is usually in the right place. He, Bruce, and the Hulk have had some misunderstandings about their relationship with Betty, but in the end, Leonard is the first and maybe the only person Bruce feels comfortable talking to about his struggles.
