One of the methods that has revolutionized the world of work as a result of the health crisis, and which has become established as a mode of operation in different companies, even until today, is the possibility of telework.

In Peru, since January 1, 2023, Law No. 31572, or known as telework lawwhich incorporates a series of regulations and elements that remote work did not consider before.

The draft regulations were published by the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MTPE)and is in the process of receiving comments from employers and workers, which will be announced later.
