The 2023 BRIT Awards take place in London tonight (February 11), with Wet Leg, Harry Styles, Stormzy, Beyoncé and more up for grabs.
The ceremony will take place at the O2 and will be hosted by comedian Mo Gilligan. This year is the first time the fair has taken place on a Saturday.
Wet Leg and Styles topped the list with four nominations each. The Isle of Wight band could win Mastercard Album of the Year, Group of the Year, Best New Artist and Alternative/Rock Performance. Styles, for his part, is up for Mastercard Album of the Year, Artist of the Year, Mastercard Song of the Year, and Pop/R&B Performance.
Some winners have already been announced. Last year, FLO was announced as the winner of this year’s Rising Star Award, beating out Nia Archives and Cat Burns. The winners of the Producer of the Year and Songwriter of the Year categories were also announced last week, with David Guetta taking the lead and Kid Harpoon coming in second.
The evening will feature Styles, Burns, Stormzy, Lewis Capaldi, Wet Leg, Sam Smith and Kim Petras, Lizzo, David Guetta, Becky Hill and Ella Henderson.
