Firaxis has released a three-hour demo of Marvel’s Midnight Suns, available to all Xbox Series X/S players, as well as any PlayStation 5 Plus Premium subscriber.

The test will be available until January 27, 2024. By sharing the news on TwitterDirector Jake Soloman wrote, “Midnight Suns is 100% the game I wanted it to be. Take Two and 2K gave us all the time and resources we needed to create our dream game.”

“There’s now a free trial on Xbox and PS Plus Premium, so go play it. There’s no excuse at this point,” he added.

The Marvel tactical role-playing game, which was slated to launch in early 2022, suffered several delays before going on sale in December.

In a four-star review, NME wrote, “Marvel’s Midnight Suns is another essential title from Firaxis, this time mixed with superheroes. Clever use of the Marvel license and some bold decisions mean it’s essential for fans of turn-based tactics.” although The Abbey Nonsense for Young Adults may not be for everyone.”

Following the game’s release, fans were exposed to two post-credits scenes hinting at a sequel, and the first of four expansion packs for Marvel’s Midnight Suns released last month.

The Good, The Bad And The Undead introduced Deadpool to the game with “new story missions, a tasty new Abbey upgrade, and sleek cosmetics.”

Future expansions released throughout 2023 will introduce Venom, Morbius, and Storm to the game.

However, earlier today, the CEO of Take-Two said that “the launch window may not be perfect” for Marvel’s Midnight Suns after a disappointing commercial performance.

On a different note, Nintendo confirmed a livestream for the weekend “primarily focused on Switch games coming out in the first half of 2023.”

Fans are waiting for news of the highly anticipated The Legend Of Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom, as well as Hollow Knight: Silkson and Pikmin 4.
