Malty is totally shameless and doesn’t care who she has to stomp on to get to the top. Malty is utterly irredeemable and seems immune to any form of humiliation, given that she is still incredibly arrogant after being defeated.

In Chainsaw Man, it’s no secret that Makima is a hopelessly horrible person. She took advantage of Denji and set him up to do whatever she asked, trapping him in the prospect of a romantic relationship.
Many interactions between Denji and Makima were downright inappropriate, and she saw an opportunity to use Denji’s naivety about intimate relationships against him. As readers of the manga know, Makima’s manipulative behavior has a supernatural explanation. Even if Makima’s true identity were not revealed, it would still be impossible to find redeeming qualities in her.
6 Lucy Didn’t Grow As A Character

Yuno is also not the best example of a yandere character. Like most elements of Future Diary, his whole character seems myopic and unfinished. She is portrayed as an eccentric and mentally unstable anime girl whose only personality trait is that she is madly in love with her lover and willing to kill for him. It’s something fans have seen thousands of times before and often executed much better.
3 Erina Is Small

In Food Wars!, Erina is mean and manipulative. Many fans assumed she was your typical tsundere girl in her early days, but her later actions proved otherwise. Someone like Erina proves that a pretty character design can’t redeem someone who is an awful person.
Unfortunately, that means Erina’s behavior is often swept under the rug and excused because fans love her looks. Erina never underwent any significant character development for fans to understand her actions or sympathize with her. Erina is condescending, rude, and treats everyone around her like dirt.
2 Sakura Is Too Hateful

Sakura from Naruto is notoriously unsympathetic. His obsession with Sasuke kept him from developing a significant character, either as a ninja or for personal growth. Additionally, he treated Naruto like trash for a considerable portion of the series. Sakura’s obsession with Sasuke was beyond reproach and quite frightening as she never knew how to back down.
Like at Orihime BleachSakura spent most of her time shouting Sasuke’s name instead of doing anything important during a fight. When she didn’t, Sakura complained or verbally berated Naruto just for being there.
