Young man attacked a person with Down syndrome in Mexico City; neighbors exhibit it on networks

On the afternoon of this Monday, April 15, the video of a young man beating an adult with Down syndrome inside a commercial establishment in the mayoralty of Tlalpan in Mexico City. Hours later, neighbors of the demarcation betrayed him on social networks.

In the audiovisual material that circulates on different digital platforms, the young person can be seen threateningly approaching an adult with the genetic disorder. Once he is in front of him, the boy tells him “I’m not afraid of punches, dog”, later it moves away and it seems that it would leave it in peace; however, he swiftly returned to deliver his fist in the face of his victim.

In addition to this, more voices are heard in the background, which indicates that the act of intimidation and aggression seen in the clip occurred in a an accomplice with two other individuals, because initially a male voice is heard laughing and saying “Hit him in the eye”. There is also a female voice requesting the aggressor to calm down.

The victim did not act or take any action to defend himself, during the verbal intimidation he dedicated himself to keeping his head down and after receiving the blow he only covered his face. The aggression did not return nor did he ask for help.

Later, in social networks, different users called for justice in the face of the attack that this person suffered in the mayor’s office that is located south of the capital.
