  • 1 chicken in 6 pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 cup of chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup ground yellow pepper
  • 1 cup of coriander blended
  • 1/2 cup of peas
  • 1/2 cup sliced ​​carrot
  • 1/4 cup green beans
  • 1 cup of dark beer
  • 2 cups of chicken broth
  • 6 cups of cooked rice
  • 800 grams of parboiled yucca in sticks
  • salt and pepper

Season the chicken pieces with cumin, salt and pepper, and brown them over medium heat in a pot with the hot oil, for about five minutes. Remove the prey and reserve. In the same pot, fry the onion, garlic and yellow pepper for six minutes. Add the coriander, peas, carrot slices and beans, and stir.
