An appeal against the abuses of the pornographic film industry. The actress and producer Nikita Bellucci asks for the establishment and respect of a “legal framework” for the shooting of X movies, in order to “protect the actresses” against the excesses, highlighted by the investigation opened on the pornographic site “Jacquie et Michel”.

The actress and producer Nikita Bellucci asks for an “evolution” of the “legislative framework” of the pornographic industry so that it is “protected from the odious excesses of a few criminals”, in a column published this Sunday in the Sunday newspaper.

In particular, she asks for the opening of agencies “which would make it possible to protect the actresses, to watch over their interests and to enforce filming obligations”, she specifies this Sunday on BFMTV.

“We ask that there be a legal framework that is respected. Unfortunately today it is not in place, we do not listen to those concerned,” she laments.

A race for “extreme content”

Defending the “assumed choice” of actors and actresses to participate in films with sexual content Nikita Bellucci rejects in the JDD the “abolitionist excesses”. However, she denounces the race for “extreme content” led by certain professionals, as well as certain “despicable practices”.

“There are ethical and respectful production companies, which are involved on a daily basis in the well-being of their employees”, she wants to believe, however.

Welcoming the “positive developments made by the profession”, the actress wants to be optimistic: “the awakening of pornography actors is on the way, society and the public authorities must also seize it”.

The abuses of the pornographic film industry have been brought to light in recent months, after the opening of an investigation into the conditions of filming of the pornographic content site “Jacquie et Michel” and the indictment in mid-June of its owner for complicity in rape.
