The singer Ezio Oliva ultimately won the complaint for the crime of violation of privacy and improper use of files against make-up artist Carlos Cacho Lívora and producer Dany Tsukamoto Yncio, when both were part of the television program “Mil Apculpas”.

After 5 years of legal battle, and in the last instance, the Supreme Court of Justice confirmed the decision that found them guilty and that imposed a 3-year sentence of suspended deprivation of liberty; as well as the solidarity payment of 60 thousand soles.

In the sentence issued, it was decided to declare unfounded the resources of exceptional complaint filed by the defense of Carlos Cacho and Dany Tsukamoto. Likewise, it was arranged to archive the proceedings so that the sentence against both can be executed.

Through a statement, the law firm representing Ezio Oliva reported that the singer has decided to donate all of this payment to the Centro de Desarrollo y Asesoría Psicosocial (CEDAPP), a charity and non-profit organization dedicated to serving Peruvian children violated psychologically, physically and sexually during the pandemic.
