You have fulfilled your mission as a member of the Mexican delegation in the search and rescue of our brothers in Turkey.”

So far, the Sedena has not gone into details about the causes of the pup’s death, according to unofficial reports on social media. it is assumed that it was during his service as a lifeguard.

“I want to tell you that I am proud of you, because you have always been a strong dog, a hardworking dog who never gave up. Now I only have to thank you for bringing me. Unfortunately , you won’t be able to come with me. I will always remember you… All of Mexico… I hope they will always remember you, that they will never forget you. One day we will meet again “

For its part, the Animal Lawyers of Mexico account thanked the pups for their courage with a message: “These beings (canids) only remind us of the unpayable debt that we owe them. Hopefully our gratitude is reflected in better laws for them, with more programs to ensure the animal wellbeing and dignified treatment.”

It should be noted that 93 members of the army and the air force, 37 members of SEMAR, 15 members of the Red Cross and five members of the SRE take part in the Mexican rescue squad to provide support after the earthquakes that claimed more than 4,000 lives. and hundreds injured.
