Authorities in Thornton issued a search warrant at a home in the 9200 block of Anderson St after finding a woman inside a storage warehouse last week in Adams County.
Adams County Police (ACSO) found the body of an adult woman inside a storage unit in the 8800 block of Devonshire Boulevard just before 10 a.m. on May 19.
The property manager informed police about something suspicious that he wanted authorities to investigate, ACSO reported.
The name of the victim has not been released, but ACSO said it is interviewing witnesses, neighbors and family members.
ACSO has not provided much information on this case, they have not yet said the cause of the woman’s death and said they are not sure how long she was in the unit before she was discovered.
The police have also not spoken about the connection of this house that will be registered with the death of the woman. The home is approximately one mile from the storage facility where the victim was found.
