The search for a Miramar teenager who disappeared earlier this week has ended after his body was found in a lake in a southwestern community, police said Friday.
Linnon “LJ” Latham, 18, was last seen around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday near Vizcaya Park along 55th Street in the city’s southwest, Miramar police officials said. .
Police said her body was found in the same area, at a lake in the community of Biscay, on Thursday evening.
“It is with heavy hearts that we announce that the search for Linnon “LJ” Latham is complete,” police said in a statement.
Police said no felony is suspected at this time, but said the Broward County Medical Examiner will determine the cause of his death.
