Ranking of Kings: Treasure Chest of Courage” is the new anime with which we will be able to find Bojji and Kage, an original anime story with which to buy time until the manga has enough material to move the main anime again. But not because of what I commented, it must be assumed that this adventure will not be worth it, because in the end we recover this magic casting of the first season under the baton of real geniuses: Studio Spirit.

Ranking of Kings: Treasure Chest of Courage seems to have a longer duration than expected

Now, thanks to another of the many leaks from Sugoi Liteit was possible to know the number of episodes that the anime “Ranking of Kings: Treasure Chest of Courage” will have:

  • It was originally confirmed that Ranking of Kings: Treasure Chest of Courage was going to be a “mid-length” anime, but it wasn’t particularly clear what it was referring to. Personally, based on the standard 12-episode seasons, I thought we would have about 6 or 7 in this case, but it turns out it will be even more.
  • Según SugoiLite, Ranking of Kings: Treasure Chest of Courage It will have a total of 10 episodes as an anime..
  • Are these episodes 20 minutes long? I’ve no idea. Obviously there are still some doubts regarding the length of the anime due to the fact that it was said to be of medium length, and clearly 10 episodes is not medium length when there are animes complete with 11 episodes or less on some occasions.
  • I remember that to be able to see the anime in Spain you will need a Crunchyroll subscription. Of course, in this case it comes with a “small gift”, well there will be both Simulcast and Simuldub, or what amounts to the same thing: the VOSE version and the Spanish dubbed version will be released at the same time as the anime in Japan.

Sincerely, as much as this “Ranking of Kings: Treasure Chest of Courage” is not a canon story concerning the manga, I really want to see it. In the end, I think the first season of the anime was an absolutely amazing surprise that no one expected, even though WIT Studio was behind the project. So I can only hope this secondary anime is a success to continue sending the message that we all want more Bojji.
