Leading Florida attorney, former Congresswoman Debbie Mucarsel-Powell, and Orange County Sheriff John Mina will speak on gun violence, condemning the new law that allows the carrying of a concealed weapon without permit.
According to a survey published by Giffords (Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence) in September 2022, three in five Florida voters opposed carrying without a license.
The same poll found overwhelmingly bipartisan support for universal background checks (76%).
