The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police (LVMPD) respond to the chase scene that ended in the death of a suspect.
The events began in the 8100 block of Blue Diamond, when the suspect robbed a citizen’s car at gunpoint.
After learning, officers tracked down the vehicle and engaged in a pursuit that culminated in an accident near the 3000 block of Westwood Drive.
The suspect committed suicide before officers could apprehend him, LVMPD reported.
