- In the third phase represented by posters, it is when goku appears in super saiyan, having thus recreated for the fans the moment of the transformation of the protagonist of Dragon Ball. Without a doubt, one of the coolest tributes the franchise has received on a football field.
In case anyone is interested, the match in which the tribute to Goku was made was Wydad – Simba, with a penalty shootout victory in the first 4-3 (I’m sure Maldini saw this match with a lot of tension). On the other hand, it should not be forgotten that Goku’s Day is just over a week away, and this year’s could be very important as there’s reason to believe there will be a major ‘Dragon Ball’ announcement..
