Martha Matial and Vicente Cedeño tried for almost six months to receive their money, and they were already tired of not getting results, fortunately Telemundo 52 Responds, insisted with the store that they correct the problem, and they have managed to get them to give them their money.
That’s exactly why they bought this car stereo from Best Buy in September of last year.
“They didn’t have it, they told me they weren’t going to mail it to me for three or four days,” Martha said.
So they paid the $383.25 and waited for it to arrive, but it turns out they sent the stereo to the wrong address.
At Best Buy, they apologized and assured him they would refund the money in three to four weeks.
“A month has passed, two months have passed and nothing,” Vicente said.

Vicente said he was almost six months old,
and his money did not arrive, he says, he thought of Telemundo Responde.

The couple said they received a check in about four days.
