One of the many materials you’ll need to upgrade and add functionality to your clothing in Hogwarts Legacy is the Jobberknoll Feather, a colorful feather from the bird-like beast known as the Jobberknoll. These beautiful creatures live in the Jobberknoll Dens, tall trees where flying beasts fly and fly. Like Fwoopers or Diricawls, Jobberknolls are not hostile, but will run away if curious Hogwarts students get too close to their personal space. Luckily, they don’t stray too far from their lair tree and can easily be stunned using the Levioso spell before being rescued with your Nab-Sack.

Every Jobberknoll Den location in Hogwarts Legacy

There are a total of five Jobberknoll Dens on the Highlands map in Hogwarts Legacy. Each will spawn different variations of the Beast bird, ranging from bright blue with a dark crest to greenish aqua with a golden crest. If you’re lucky, you might stumble upon a rare Shiny Jobberknoll, indicated by its jet-black plumage. As noted above, each of the nests is easy to spot, thanks to the large Jobberknoll tree found in each den.
Feldcroft area Jobberknoll Den a Hogwarts Legacy

The first two Jobberknoll Den locations in Hogwarts Legacy are easy to get to once you get your flying broom. The first is at a lookout in the Feldcroft area west of Irondale, the village where you can take part in the Hogwarts Southern Broom Trial to unlock your second broom upgrade.
North Ford Bog Jobberknoll Den a Hogwarts Legacy

The second Jobberknoll location is between East North Ford Bog and North Ford Bog Entry Floo Flames. You can find it if you travel north to Upper Hogsfield, a small town north of Hogsmeade.
Lago Marunweem Jobberknoll Den a Hogwarts Legacy

You can find the third Hogwarts Legacy Jobberknoll Den in the Lake Marunweem area, a little south of Marunweem, a settlement in the southern part of the Highlands. Those who haven’t accessed this lower part of the map yet can do so by entering the Medium Bandit Camp tunnel in the South Seas bog. No quests will stop you from going through this underground passage, but keep in mind that you must travel on foot to pass any hostile goblins patrolling the tunnel.

Cragcroftshire Jobberknoll Hogwarts Legacy

Jobberknoll’s fourth location isn’t too far from the third, as it’s located on the side of a mountain southeast of Marunweem and east of Bainburgh. You can find it in the upper left corner of Cragcroftshire.
Manor Cape Jobberknoll Den a Hogwarts Legacy

The fifth and final Jobberknoll Den is on the south side of the Manor Cape Peninsula, south of West Manor Cape Floo Flame. Here the Jobberknolls have a nice view of the open sea, but there are no convenient fireplace flames nearby, making this a less than optimal place to catch this type of beast in Hogwarts Legacy.
