In addition to the Chaos Dwarf Forge DLC releasing on April 13, Total War: Warhammer III is also offering players free content called Mirror of Madness.

Mirror of Madness can be accessed from the game’s Steam page upon launch and features two new game-themed modes. Tzeentch to Total War: Warhammer III. The first mode is Trials of Fate, in which you will assume the role of a newly promoted Demon Prince of Tzeentch, who enters the Realm of Madness to confront Kairos Fateweaver.

Fighting through four infamous battles in the Warhammer universe, Trials of Fate basically boils down to horde mode, where you’ll eventually be overwhelmed, but if you score high enough you’ll earn new gear for a Daemon Prince of Tzeentch lord.

Infinity Portal is the next mode, and it basically lets you unleash battle customization. You can make units huge or tiny, add enough blood to flood the realm with Khorneor just increase the amount of explosions to the point where you feel like you’re on an Oppenheimer first pass.

What will you try first in Mirror of Madness?
