Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Season 3 will launch later this month and one of the in-game events will send players on a trophy hunt. There will also be a Camo Challenge event, new weapons, new operators, new maps, returning game modes, and many more features.
Trophy Hunt is the new seasonal event
In the Modern Warfare 2 Season 3 Trophy Hunt event, eliminated enemy Operators will drop trophies that players can redeem for rewards such as weapon blueprints, vehicle skins, and level-up tokens battle pass. There will also be a Camo Challenge event in the middle of the season.
MW2 Season 3 will also launch with a host of other new features, including:

The mid-season update will also introduce more operators, weapons, and a map. Warzone 2 will also receive many new features at the launch of Season 3, such as items, modes and DMZ features. However, the biggest improvement will be the introduction of ranked Battle Royale play in the mid-season update.
Season 3 will be released on April 12.
