The Rocket League Championship Series has finally wrapped up its winter season, with the Winter Major taking place this weekend. This tournament saw the best teams from around the world compete for a share of a $310,000 prize pool, and now that the event is on the books, we have a winner to talk to.

And for this year, it was Karmine Corp, who beat FaZe Clan in the Grand Finals to win the tournament. The result saw Karmine Corp go home with $100,000 in prize money, along with a load of RLCS points that will come in handy as the season progresses.

To add to that, now that the winter and major season is over, the tournament MVPs have been named and, unsurprisingly, Karmine Corp and FaZe Clan walked away with those awards. Specifically, Axel “vatira” from Karmine. Touret won Offensive MVP and Major MVP awards, with FaZe’s Nick “mist” Costello being dubbed Defensive MVP.

As for the RLCS sequel, the spring season is expected to start in May.
