Arguably the biggest challenge and hassle of owning a car is having to get out of your car to use gas station pumps. Fortunately, as we move closer and closer to an all-electric motorsport future, Hyundai has targeted exactly that problem.

As a car manufacturer and technology company, it has introduced a robot specially designed to charge your electric car. In a press release, we’re told the robot communicates with your EV (Terminator fans are no doubt starting to get concerned) so it can open the charging port and plug in the plug to charge your car.

The robot is simply called the Self-Charging Robot, or ACR for short, and it was designed to work in all environments, weather conditions, and overcome obstacles in its path.

Aunque vale la pena decir que esto es más un concepto de robot en este momento, ya que el device solo está listo para ser exhibido en el Seoul Mobility Show entre el 31 de marzo y el 9 de abril, y aún para un despliegue generalizado In the whole world.
