Players find it difficult to enter the Diablo 4 PS5 beta, with many reports of long queues with wait times of an hour or more. On top of that, the Diablo 4 beta kicked players out with various error codes. While long wait times are to be expected with a popular beta like this at launch, many who pre-ordered the game (or bought a KFC sandwich) to enter the Early Access beta believe that Blizzard should have called it a stress test.

Blizzard is aware of the Diablo 4 PS5 beta issues

The list of issues with the Diablo 4 PS5 beta is long. The lines are incredibly long, with a user on Twitter showing a wait time of over an hour and a half and another player on the Blizzard support forums claiming the same thing. In fact, the support forums are full of threads with players having trouble logging into the beta, regardless of platform.

A widespread issue has been that players wait all the time displayed on the queue screen, only to be sent to another queue. According to a Reddit post, Blizzard is aware that the timer may “exceed the stated duration” and that there will be “more accurate timers for the Open Beta weekend.”

Players were also affected. with shocks and various errors, especially codes 300008 and 300202, as well as authentication errors and connection problems. Blizzard Customer Service is currently aware of the issues with authentication servers, resulting in “failed or slow login attempts”.
