It’s time to add new members to the second team FIFA 23 Ultimate Team Future Stars. They arrived last Friday fourteen special transferable versions and today we’re adding three more that will also be released in envelopes until February 17th. They are Tyrell Malacia (Manchester United Dutch LI), Benoit Badiashile (Chelsea French DFC) and Jonathan Burkart (German striker from Mainz 05).

New FIFA 23 Transferable Future Stars

Tyrell Malacia (Manchester United – Premier League – Netherlands)

Positions: LI and CAI. He has five three skills and one bad leg, high/medium work rate, “Small and skinny-” build, he’s 1’69 and left-handed.

Considering his short stature and body type, we expect the 76-man to look inferior on the pitch. But either way, Malacia Future Stars should be a fairly decent LI back thanks to his speed and defensive stats. Because he will reach 99 pace with Shadow as his chemistry, and because his intercept (85), intelligence (82), steal (90) and tackle (90) numbers are very good for the position that he keeps busy.

While in the opposite lot, he would be more effective if he exceeded three skill stars or bad leg. Apart from that we would appreciate a few additional points in vision (75) or long pass (70). But his short passing is remarkable (90) and some dribbling attributes are worthy of a winger. In driving, far from it, it must be rough.

For all of the above, we don’t expect Malacia Future Stars to be an awesome LI, but it is someone decent both with and without the ball. The typical special version of FIFA 23 capable of accomplishment in competitive Ultimate Teams

Benoit Badiashile (Chelsea – Premier League – France)

Badiashile Future Stars FIFA 23 Ultimate Team In-Game Stats
Position: DFC only. He has a medium/high work rate, a “tall and balanced” build, is 1’94 tall and left-handed.

His 72 acceleration problemshe will be slow to start and this weakness could be even more detrimental in the old generation version of FIFA 23. Although at least he will have the resources to camouflage him in many situations, since he reaches 88 in almost all defensive attributes and will combine his remarkable 1’94 height with an almost perfect solidity (96).

Due to the 95 reaction, Badiashile Future Stars should also not be clumsy turning around trying to follow the movements of the striker trying to dribble past him. And when I have to run at full speed, will take advantage of its wingspan and that it will reach a sprint of 96 after applying Shadow.

We assume this will be a more interesting DFC for the next-gen version of FIFA 23 than for the old-gen. Even if it may not be worth it in Premier League teams, because for this profile of a slow central defender at the start but with many other virtues we already have Van Dijk and Koulibaly. Even their gold items are still useful, cheap, and outperform Future Stars in some important ways.

Jonathan Burkardt (Mainz 05 – Bundesliga – Germany)

Burkardt Future Stars FIFA 23 Ultimate Team In-Game Stats
Positions: DC, SD and ED. He has four stars for skill and three for bad leg, high/medium work rate, “balanced” body type, is 1’81 tall and right-handed.

is probably the least promising Future Stars of this mini-outing from FIFA 23. He has very decent shooting stats, fairly decent dribbling (except 76 in composure), an interesting 84 in strength and a privileged pace. However, we feel his stats won’t be as effective in-game because of the stars.

Besides the fact that his vision (81) and long passing (68) could be superior, we are mostly concerned about the skill four and the bad leg three. He won’t have a lot of resources to fend off enemy defenders in one-on-one situations. That’s why we recommend you to use other attackers from Ultimate Team
