In order to offer the best possible environment to its employees, one of the aspects in which the bank works concerns the people training who command their teams. In this sense, in 2022, 637 leaders participated in a workshop that involves them in their objective and 1,340 others received training in methodologies to create generative conversations.

In this sense, the first Agile ecosystem, made up of multidisciplinary teams working according to a new model: more collaborative, flexible, disruptive and autonomous. In addition, the company has six programs with more than 15,000 hours of training in this methodology and an initiative called MacroAgilityin which there are 200 people.

In terms of learningthe company also offers more than 51,000 hours of digital and technical training for central areas and more than 44,000 of Google workspace for the whole crew. Added to this are more than 6,120 open courses and more than 700 annual licenses to participate in educational platforms.

The training proposal is completed by Talento Macro Tour, which consists of workshops, webinars and conversations to present the benefits, training and experiences offered by the bank. Another crucial element for the motivation of employees is linked to their family. In this regard, the organization proposes benefits such as Children’s Day gifts, school kits, child care grants, adoption or marriage gratuities and economic assistance for those with disabled sons, daughters or spouses.

As for personal incentives, Macro offers discounts at gyms, birth licenses for non-pregnant people, and a ten-day extension for those granted for paternity. It in turn offers advantages related to the services it offers: insurance and specific banking products.
