Rivera, 56, owner of two Manager of the Year awards at Lidom (2015-16 and 2019-20), began his winter baseball career with the Tigres del Licey in the 2015-16 campaign and has then commanded the Águilas Cibaeñas. , with whom he won the title of champion of the 2017-18 contest.
