Rivera, who worked in Dominican baseball in five championships, is one of the most successful figures in the history of the La Romana-based team, which he led from the 2019-20 championship to 2021-22.

During his tenure with the franchise, the veteran leader won the 2019-20 championship, leading the Bulls to a single-season win record of 34, which was tied by the Licey Tigers last tournament.

Rivera, 56, owner of two Manager of the Year awards at Lidom (2015-16 and 2019-20), began his winter baseball career with the Tigres del Licey in the 2015-16 campaign and has then commanded the Águilas Cibaeñas. , with whom he won the title of champion of the 2017-18 contest.
