The Secretary of Foreign Relations, Marcelo Ebrard, announced that 1 million 750,000 doses of the Moderna vaccine will arrive in Mexico over the weekend from the United States.

According to information from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the arrival of the drugs responds to the agreement entered into by US Vice President Kamala Harris and Mexico President Andrés Manuel López Obrador during their last telephone meeting.

“We have just been informed by the US government that 1,750,000 doses of Moderna vaccine offered by Vice President Harris to President Lopez Obrador will arrive at the weekend. In a month the second dose will arrive (another 1,750,000). Our sincere gratitude.” Wrote the head of the SRE on his Twitter account.
