On February 13 three young people who were traveling from the city of Colima to Manzanillo, disappeared. This Wednesday it was confirmed that three of the bodies located inside a clandestine graveThey belong to the young.

According to a statement issued by the Office of the Attorney General of the State (FGE) of Colima, after the investigations carried out by the Special Prosecutor’s Office for the Disappearance of Persons, the Specialized Unit in the Fight against Kidnapping and with the support of elements of the Secretariat of Security State Public, a search warrant was carried out on a property located in the municipality of Manzanillo. In this, the excavation and exhumation of three male bodies was carried out.

The chronotanatodiagnosis revealed that bodies had been left there approximately 10 days before. In addition to this, the genetic reports and the corresponding scientific tests confirmed the identity of Ricardo Daniel Flores Urbina, 22 years old; Joel Alejandro Padilla Enciso, 21, and Kevin Saúl Paz Hernández, 20 years old.

The FGE also added that also the arrest of Pascual “N”, alias “el Engranes”, who is allegedly related to the disappearance of the boys was achieved. He is also charged with the crimes of Violation of the Federal Law on Firearms and Explosives and Against Health.

The prosecution stated that his arrest was in flagrante delicto, because pHe carried a firearm, and various packages containing in its interior granulated white powder, which turned out to be methamphetamine.

“With the intelligence data of the investigation, the location of clandestine graves was achieved, to which Pascual ‘N’ is related,” the FGE reported.

According to a ballistics analysis of the weapon that Pascual ‘N’ had, it coincided with a homicide that occurred on February 21 in the town of El Chavarín, for which an arrest warrant for homicide was also requested.

On the other hand, through their social networks, the relatives of the victims announced that the funerals would take place. While the Facebook page, Red Desaparecidos en Colima AC, sent condolences to the families.

“Rest in peace … to your families our sincere condolences … to you our leaders: how long will all this stop; our children, our nephews, our families can no longer leave freely because we know that we left but we are never sure that we will return … God forbid we will experience another misfortune like this one again, ”wrote Blanca Ramírez Hernández, secretary of the collective .

At the time of his disappearance, Ricardo Daniel, Joel Alejandro and Kevin Saúl, were traveling in a white Neon car, license plates FST4721, owned by the latter’s family.

The president of the Network, María del Carmen Sepúlveda Gómez, commented in an interview with the weekly Proceso, that it was on Monday 15 when a complaint was filed with the state prosecutor’s office.

However, Sepúlveda Gómez pointed out that since the disappearance of the young people was made public, some of their relatives received phone calls from people who tried to scam them by asking them for money in exchange for alleged information. It was for this reason that the particular numbers were withdrawn.

The leader of the network added that the families coordinated to work together in the search for their children.

“We emphasized that they coordinate, that not everyone goes their own way, because if the three boys were together, the families have to be together in the same thing,” said the president of the network.
