FGJCDMX has issued an immigration alert against the alleged abuser of Heidy Infante

The Office of the Attorney General of Mexico City (FGJCDMX) requested the intervention of the National Institute of Migration (INM) to locate Yian “N”, identified as the alleged attacker of Heidi Infanta. According to the information shared by the corresponding authorities on the morning of this Tuesday, March 7 through a press release, it is possible that the man who was allegedly caught beating the granddaughter of Pedro Infante is trying to leave the Mexico.

According to data published by the authorities, the alleged attacker is a musician of Cuban origin with Mexican nationality that he could try to leave the country after the complaint filed by the interpreter against him for sexual and physical assault. So far, Yian “N”‘s whereabouts are unknown, but it is known that he was arrested and released by the Mexico City police.

As on other occasions, the market in the Escuadrón 201 neighborhood of the Iztapalapa town hall celebrated its anniversary with a musical event that took place on the afternoon of Sunday, March 5, outside the facilities. Families gathered to listen to hits performed by Heidy Infante, granddaughter of Mexican icon Pedro Infante.

It was during her presentation that a man came on stage and while interacting with the musicians, sexually assaulted the singer, who responded with a violent blow to the man in question, sparking a fight. The moment was captured by several participants, who did not hesitate to upload the videos on social networks.

“This guy I know now is called Yian Lopez Semanate, of Cuban origin, wanting to sing a song without any invitation. He started singing and started fingering me at the start of the song. I said ‘No, don’t touch me, put it down.’ Then he comes closer to me and I tell him, ‘No, you don’t touch me,'” Heidy said in an interview with windowing.

After what happened, the CDMX police officers intervened, who momentarily detained the alleged perpetrator. The singer filed a complaint against her attacker and against the authorities responsible for his release, because despite the evidence, the decision was made to let him go before he reached the facilities.

“My ear is blown, my neck is very swollen and he even bit me on the right side of my body because he was moving as best he could. There are videos of him being kidnapped, they put him on a patrol that has already been reported to public security and they are investigating why they released him. Because in the office of the mayor of Iztapalapa he was not detained with a civic judge or other authority, but what is clear to me is that he was drunk or in another state of rare drunkenness,” he added.

“There are videos that fans have where they say ‘You came in drugged.’ my certificate already, the security certificate, and I’m going to continue until they put him in jail and justice is done for what he did, because I’m not looking for money but these patrolmen have to face me and say where they went given that I asked to be put in jail,” he concluded.
