The construction sector closed the joint agreement 2021 . The UOCRA union agreed to 35.8% in 4 remuneration installments from April, July, October and February 2022, as confirmed by Ámbito. It also has a review clause to monitor economic variables and in the construction sector and their impact.
The act would be signed next Monday at the Ministry of Labor, but it is already a fact. The 35.8% will be paid as follows: 12% in April, 10% in July, 7% in October and 6.8% in February 2022.
For its part, the Union Obrera Metalúrgica (UOM) and the business chambers of the activity seek to formally close the joint 2021, with a salary increase of 35% payable in three installments, the first of them with the salaries of April.
“After long negotiations that lasted until almost tonight, tomorrow from 10 am, during a virtual meeting, we will sign the salary agreement that only lacks small details,” said UOM Secretary General, Antonio Caló.
