Lionel Messi is one of the four affected PSG players who tested positive for COVID-19 after tests carried out after the break for the end of the year parties.
“The four positive players for COVID-19 are Leo Messi, Juan Bernat, Sergio Rico and Nathan Bitumazala. All are currently respecting isolation and the adapted health protocol,” the French club said in a statement.

The Argentine star remains in his country and coach Mauricio Pochettino said that Messi will travel to France once his coronavirus results are negative.
