Lionel Messi is not only a media figure in the world of international football, but also in the universe of true collectors, and to show the record amount at which a limited edition stamp was auctioned.

It is the card with the figure of 10 playing in 2013 with the shirt of the Argentine team but set in the 2014 World Cup in Brazil. The Panini company (in charge of marketing the official album of all the World Cups) was the one who elaborated the stamp for which 522,000 dollars were paid through the specialized portal Goldin, according to the Diario Olé de Argentina.

Said auction, until now, is the most expensive purchase that is registered for a stamp of the current PSG player.

The stamp of the Argentine star had the acquisition deadline until 11 p.m. yesterday, Monday, in said portal there are others of Messi himself in addition to the legendary Diego Armando Maradona.
