Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk fight to be streamed on Twitter (now X)

Both billionaires have been training for some time under the discipline of mixed martial arts

The mixed martial arts fight between entrepreneurs Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg will be broadcast on Twitter, a social network recently renamed as X.

This was announced by Musk himself on the former social network of the little bird, adding that all proceeds from it will go to a charity organization for U.S. war veterans.

The fight between the owner of Tesla and the founder of Facebook (now Meta) began to be planned in June and even the Italian press advanced that the authorities of the capital of the European country would have offered the Colosseum of Rome for the fight.

However, the SpaceX owner admitted that it could also take place in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Both billionaires have been training for some time under the discipline of mixed martial arts, with UFC champion George St-Pierre, training Musk and the other champion of the same league Israel Adesanya preparing Zuckerberg.

About the date of the fight the Meta owner wrote on his new social network Threads that he is already “ready” and that he suggested August 26 as the day to face Musk when he “first challenged him, but he hasn’t confirmed it. I don’t hold out much hope.”

The South African entrepreneur responded on his X account that “the exact date is yet to be decided. Tomorrow I have to have an MRI of my neck and back. I may need surgery before the fight, something that will be known this week.”
