WINNING TIPS FOR CHRISTMAS CUPCAKES

  • When you add the flour, do it in an enveloping way, do not massage it too much so that it does not lose air.
  • Use self-rising flour to make them fluffy.
  • When you put the mixture in the small containers, it should not exceed half of its interior because when it grows it will be larger than necessary.
  • You can do the decoration with whatever you have, you can even put cookies on it or make a white bitumen with icing sugar and water and decorate as if they were garlands.
  • If you want to give it an additional flavor you can add pannetone essence, it is a characteristic flavor of the holidays.
  • You can add nuts or raisins inside, and you can do that, with the same mix of flavors.
  • You can change the color of the bitumen and thus also vary the presentation.
  • Remember that all ingredients must be at room temperature.
  • Before decorating, refrigerate the bitumen for about 15 minutes so that it has more body.
  • You can also make the bitumen with butter instead of cream cheese. If you feel that it lacks body, add powdered milk little by little.
