Belén Esteban is one of the most loved and followed faces on television, which is why everything she does has such an impact. Her physical appearance is also widely discussed on social networks, especially lately that the collaborator has lost almost ten kilos.

“Since I’ve been following this diet, I’ve been feeling better and better. In the end, my people are going to be right. At the moment I am fulfilling”, wrote Belen in one of her posts on Instagram.

“The princess of the people” was put in the hands of a nutritionist some time ago who has developed for her a strict nutrition plan based on a genetic test.

Her diet is very simple. It consists of eating five meals a day and they forbid carbohydrates and sugars. Belén Esteban can eat without going hungry, especially on vegetables and fish and fruit is not considered as a dessert but as a snack.

In addition, Esteban exercises daily. At a minimum, Belén usually takes walks of about 6 kilometers a day, which helps to speed up her metabolism. And, despite the good results she is obtaining, Belén is not confident and continues with a healthy lifestyle that she leads with a lot of humor.
