This Monday the long-awaited final of ‘MasterChef Celebrity 6’ took place. An edition in which there have been many great surprises and in which only four have reached the last program: Belén López, David Bustamante, Miki Nadal and Juanma Castaño.

One last show in which the journalist and the comedian have been the main protagonists for their double victory, thus taking the great trophy and the prize of the program, which they have divided by two.

Juanma was the first to get the jacket after completing a great cooking of ‘imitate the chef’. Later, in an outdoor kitchen in The Penedés, a fertile, bright and warm land where Joan and Pitu Roca, of the Can Roca winery. A test in which Miki Nadal has won the victory after completing two dishes that have conquered the guests.

A common victory for history

After three months, of a fight that comes from the first program, in the end Juanma and Miki have been the two duelists. A final dreamed by both that has ended up being fulfilled and of which both have said that “we are going to have as much fun as the rest of the edition”.

In this test, Pepe Rodríguez, Samantha Vallejo-Nágera and Jordi Cruz have not been alone, and they have counted on the tasting with a three Michelin Stars, Quique Dacosta, who has not hesitated to flatter the contestants’ dishes.

A duel in which everyone has finished excited after some dishes in which both Juanma and Miki have remembered their relatives. In the case of the comedian, even making Jordi Cruz drop a tear.

In the end, after making three great dishes, Pepe Rodríguez announced the winner of the sixth edition of ‘MasterChef Celebrity’, shouting the names of Juanma Castaño and Miki Nadal to the sky.

The meeting between Juanma’s mother and Helena Condis

The grand finale of ‘MasterChef Celebrity 6’ and the participation of Juanma Castaño have caused the journalist’s mother, Teresa, and his girlfriend, Helena Condis.

A highly anticipated and commented meeting. After they entered the set, Juanma Castaño has confessed that “it makes me a little uneasy”. However, Teresa has taken the issue off steam when asked about what she thinks of her daughter-in-law: “Sounds good to me, whoever loves my son and my grandchildren”.

Another cook who has given Juanma a hand in preparing for ‘MasterChef Celebrity’ is Myriam Alva, who has his own cooking blog called ‘Myricaciplando’, where he shares images of his dishes, and some of them can be purchased on request.

Dabiz Muñoz, Miki Nadal’s mentor

Since the first show, Miki Nadal has boasted of having been under the tutelage of Dabiz Muñoz, the best chef in the world according to ‘The Best Chef Awards’, and has three Michelin Stars. A person you have learned from prior to your arrival at the cooking talent show.

What’s more, upon arrival, he promised that if he reached the final duel he would shave like the chef from Madrid. A hairstyle that he has sported, thus fulfilling his promise.
