After being apprehended in the vicinity of the Peralvillo neighborhood in Mexico City last Monday, January 3, Gaby Castillo , also known as Briela Sanz, was transferred to the bunker of the Public Ministry 50 of the Prosecutor’s Office in the Doctores neighborhood, where it remained pending the resolution of the authorities.

Now, 48 hours later, it has been announced that the influencer and former participant of the Enamorándonos program was admitted to the Santa Martha Acatitla prison at dawn this Wednesday. This was announced by the police reporter Carlos Jiménez:

“Gaby Castillo stays in Santa Martha female. A judge ordered that the ex-girlfriend of El lunares be locked up in the Iztapalapa jail . Her boyfriend Hareff Soto stays in the North Prison. The Attorney General’s Office of Mexico City accuses them of three crimes, “he wrote on his Twitter account.

The dancer and escort is accused of drug dealing, bribery and cover-up, so this Wednesday afternoon she will have her first hearing.

The 26-year-old influencer , who rose to fame in 2018 as one of the “love affairs” of the TV Azteca program, was arrested along with her partner by  elements of the Secretariat of Citizen Security in Tlatelolco  with possession of  169  plastic bags with alleged  cocaine  and  70 with marijuana, as well as a firearm while they were driving in a luxury black truck.

After not being able to fully prove the ownership of the vehicle, it was investigated by elements of the Intelligence Unit of the FGJCDMX, resulting in the discovery of the illicit substances and the apprehension of the individuals.

Gabriela Sánchez Castillo previously stated in a live broadcast on her social networks that she works for the Federal Electricity Commission , in addition to working as a stylist, however, she is known for having participated in her role as a singer in TV Azteca programs such as Venga la joy, A whole show,  La resolana  and did the casting for the controversial reality show  Acapulco Shore . In addition, she took advantage of her popularity to feed her social networks, becoming an influencer with more than 700 thousand followers on the Instagram account where she used to share aspects of her ostentatious lifestyle.

With luxury cars , allegedly from the scams of her boyfriend José Hareff Soto, expensive clothes, accessories and her exuberant figure, Gaby Castillo became a popular figure on Instagram and her career as a reggaeton singer was just beginning with the song Enrola , of which she even recorded a video available on YouTube.

The model has been linked in the past to  Óscar Andrés “N” El lunares , a member of the criminal organization  La Unión Tepito,  who since last October has been serving a sentence of more than 20 years when found guilty of murder, extortion, kidnapping, drug dealing and organized crime. In addition, Gaby was romantically related to Mauricio Hidalgo El Pollo , a member of the criminal faction La Unión de la B, who was killed.

In addition to this, ‘Briela Sanz’ was associated with Iván García El flega , who was the second in command of La Unión Tepito, who was assassinated in June 2018.

Castillo came to express that she was dedicated to the sale of “some materials” in the Tepito neighborhood. However, the reporter Carlos Jiménez assured that his luxurious belongings are of illicit origin.
